Quality Fitness Gym is looking for a confident, energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Female Gym Receptionist & Membership Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving gym membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist gym members, visitors, and prospective clients professionally.

Handle membership enquiries, incoming phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.

Promote gym memberships, facilities, and available packages to prospective clients.

Convert enquiries and leads into paid gym memberships.

Follow up with potential customers and achieve assigned membership sales targets.

Manage membership registrations, renewals, and reception operations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective members.

Ensure a professional and welcoming reception experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

Female candidate with a smart, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable, and welcoming attitude towards members and visitors.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-conversion abilities.

Previous experience in gym reception, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales is preferred.

Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads effectively.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Passion for fitness and customer service.
